The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a large farmhouse table. Ground floor: bathroom with walk-in shower, bidet, sink, separate toilet, and laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds), air conditioning in two rooms, baby cot, and 2 small children’s mattresses available. Bed linen can be rented if needed, available for an extra charge. Outside: adjoining barn with barbecue, garden furniture and loungers, open garden (approx. 1,000 m²) with secure well, 2 parking spaces, and 3 bikes for exploring the area or the greenway. Nearby: Sainte-Alvère and Lalinde markets, water activities and cycle path along the Lalinde canal, Trémolat’s water sports base and gourmet markets, Bournat village, Bugue aquarium, and leisure park in Journiac.
